PestWorld 2026 takes place at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, from October 20–23. How Do I Register or Attend PestWorld 2026?
Registration for PestWorld 2026 is handled directly through NPMA’s official registration page. Early bird pricing runs through September 3, 2026, with NPMA member rates starting at $825 for the first attendee ($1,295 for nonmembers); rates increase slightly for regular registration (September 4–October 17) and again for onsite registration. Discounted rates are also available for additional attendees from the same company, international attendees, and spouses/guests.
A quick heads-up on lodging: the PestWorld 2026 room block at the Gaylord Texan is officially sold out, though overflow accommodations at nearby hotels are available. Check the event’s Hotel & Travel page for current options before you book.
